When I joined CIYOTA Secondary School, I took part in a basket weaving project where I gained entrepreneurship, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The income I earn helps me buy scholastic materials and supports my personal needs.
I am part of the Beekeeping Club under CIYOTA’s skilling program. Through this project, I’ve gained hands-on knowledge in beekeeping and entrepreneurship. Selling honey has helped me meet some personal needs and improved my standard of living. I’m grateful to CIYOTA and everyone supporting this impactful initiative
CIYOTA Secondary School teaches us good values like respect and discipline. It also offers practical projects such as poultry, fish farming, art and others. I belong to the poultry project, where I’ve learned how to feed, treat, and care for chickens. I’m proud to be a CIYOTA student and grateful for these life-changing opportunities.
CIYOTA has been a stepping stone to my success. It gave me free education and taught me entrepreneurship skills, especially in liquid soap making. These skills have helped me grow my business ideas and give back to my community by sharing what I’ve learned. I’m truly thankful to CIYOTA.
I can’t fully express how much the skilling program has changed my life. I used to feel lost and unsure about my future, but now I have strong hope and confidence. Thanks to CIYOTA, I can stand before others and pitch my business. Through basket weaving, I’ve gained leadership skills, served as a chairperson and safeguarding leader, and shared my knowledge with others. This project has empowered both me and my community to meet basic needs and dream bigger.
